CPVC Pipes

Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride (CPVC) is a thermoplastic created through the specialized chlorination of Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) resin. This process makes CPVC significantly more flexible and capable of withstanding higher temperatures than standard PVC. CPVC is commonly used for hot and cold water delivery pipes, the supply of edible fluids, industrial liquid handling, and radiant floor heating applications.

Al Asad Factory’s CPVC pipes are utilized in hot systems, where temperatures can reach boiling levels, as well as in cold water distribution systems. These pipes offer a combination of performance, durability, cost savings, and safety. Al Asad uses CPVC compounds that comply with American Standards ASTM F441 and adhere to the highest Saudi Arabian Standards (SASO 1517/1999).
